Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 22nd birthday at Hollywood hotspot Teddy’s Roosevelt Hotel. Lindsay wearing a pink chiffon mini-dress appeared in the party decorated with pink, silver and blue balloons blew out the candles of her pink birthday cake featuring a picture of Marilyn Monroe.
